The Six Healing Sounds is a breathing technique devised by the ancient Chinese as a holistic approach to healing pain, discomfort, and illness. In Traditional Chinese Medicine there are five major organs: heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney which are each assigned an element and sound. By using the associated sound,
you can expel congested or blocked chi due to inappropriate diet, poor lifestyle habits, repressed emotions and/or weak constitution. Practicing the Six Healing Sounds helps to move congested chi and allow the body to get rid of it by creating different internal vibrations within different parts of the body through the inhaling and exhaling of air.
