Empty Bowls: Open Studios
Ceramic faculty, students, and artist friends are invited to make bowls on-site or drop off bowls they have made for the cause. Please call ahead if you plan to attend so we can be sure to reserve you time at one of our wheels or in our hand-building space. Studio Sales Pottery, of East Avon, NY, donates hundreds of pounds of clay to 171 Cedar Arts Center to be used in the bowl making effort. All clay, tools, glazes and firings will be provided. Some experience is required.
